I am owed $1000 ernest money from the ending of a contract of our property. It has been over a month and they will not return calls.

Our realtor used Shoaf so we were there for a closing. We didn't have much of a wait, they had everything ready to go for us. Documents were prepared correctly and explained to us as we signed. The overage from our prepaid closing costs was refunded in maybe 2 days. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was an issue with home warranty information not being passed along at closing. Had to spend some time trying to track that down after the fact.

Still waiting on a response to an email sent on 5/15/20. Please don't use this firm for ANYTHING. This is just the last concern on a laundry list of evidence that their staff do NOT understand how to do their jobs.

My neighbor recommended me to use this law firm for my refinance closing, but when I tried to contact them they never replied. Also my broker told me she had the same issue, I ended up using the attorney she personally knows. I find this non responsiveness is utterly unprofessional for the least. I hope they will realize the harm they are doing to themselves by being unprofessional!

I work in the mortgage industry. This is by far the worst communication I've had with any title company. They missed emails from my lender to start the title process and did not actually start the process until I had called to confirm the closing date... obviously I did not close on time. Then after closing they did not fund on the correct funding date, which meant that i needed to make an unneccesary mortgage payment to my old servicer on a loan that should've already been paid off. Also, I was supposed to receive a check with proceeds from my mortgage transaction... I'm still waiting on that. Overall I would never recommend anyone use this company.
