Shoaf Law is 10 out of 10 on the 5 star rating!!! I am a mortgage broker/lender and have utilized Ryan Shoaf/Shoaf Law for closings for many many years. Shoaf Law is my "go to" closing firm as they have a VERY reasonable price (much less than many closing firms in the state), super friendly and efficient staff - everyone goes the EXTRA mile as the 'norm' not as the exception, and it is not uncommon to have title work turned around in 2 to 3 days on the majority of our files which makes it a game changer in being able to show/tell my clients the $ they need for closing instead of 'guessing' at these #s! They offer 'mobile' closings as well which is a game changer in folks busy lives these days! I rely on Shoaf Law as part of my TEAM and KNOW we can remove any issues, questions or 11th hour things that may/possibly come up in the 11th hour with so many other closing firms! Do yourself a favor - and remove one 'stress' in the home buying or refinancing arena with Shoaf Law!!!

They will come to your home or other location to go through the closing process. Unfortunately, in our case, the gentleman who did our closing said he had to go and immediately FAX the documents, but then he DIDN'T. Instead he waited until the day after, and therefore, recording of the transaction didn't happen in the timeframe promised, and we are STILL waiting to be able to get into our property almost 24 hours after the closing.

INCOMPETENT!!!! The buyer picked this attorney for closing. They were still sending my client, the seller, documents to sign over an hour after closing was finished. Needless to say, our 1pm closing did not record until almost 4 pm. They gave the buyers agent her check and made me wait in their lobby quite a while after it recorded for my check. I would NEVER recommend! The staff is pleasant though!
