Closed on my home (seller) at 11am on a Friday and was very worried the wire transfer would not be available the same day. The staff assured me twice the funds would be available same day.. guess what? Funds weren’t available same day as I feared. I wouldn’t be as upset if I wasn’t guaranteed twice that the money would come through. If I knew this would be the case I would have just taken a hand written check and deposited it myself.
