I would like to thank April Ayscue & Koury Hicks from the Durham office for processing & filing my Chapter 7 in a timely manner. Everything went as explained in the beginning for such a complicated process. I don't know how you could do this without an attorney.....Mike

I worked with April Ayscue. She was extremely courteous and made me feel very welcome. She was very responsive and very knowledgeable. She made my refile less stressful than it needed to be. My only regret is that I did not go through the Durham office initially, the entire staff was very helpful from start to finish.

For an unpleasant situation I have to say April made us feel confident and comfortable in not only the decision to file but working through the process. April and Sarah both were wonderful to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, curteous, understanding and took the time to help us really understand what we were doing. Everyone in the durham office that we dealt with was a pleasure.

I would like to say thanks to Ms. Glenda Mathis at the Durham Office, because she was a breath of fresh air throughout this whole process. She was understanding, kind and she made sure I understood every document I signed and the process of what was going to happen.
