My brother-in-law is disabled and needed to file bankruptcy. The law office of John Orcutt accommodated all of our needs including the fact that I had to answer a lot of the questions myself because my brother-in-law is learning disabled. April Ayscue (our case worker) was very friendly and extremely helpful. She made sure the process went very smoothly for us.

My husband and I found ourselves in a desperate situation and happen to see the commercial of the Law Office of John T. Orcutt. However, we still pondered over whether to call. After finally deciding to contact the Law Office of John T. Orcutt, we were scheduled a conference to file our paperwork and from there everything went very quickly. From began to end, everyone assigned to our case was very helpful (Connie Nichols - Greensboro Office; Patricia Brady - Greensboro Office; Megan Clark - Durham Office; and Charlene Ennemoser - Raleigh Office) and it gave us peace of mind knowing that they were fighting for us every step of the way. When we had our day in Bankruptcy Court, our attorney Benjamin Busch was there to answer any concerns we may have had regarding the court process. A special thanks to Megan Clark who worked hard and diligently on our paperwork; even with last minute corrections, she was on top of her job. There was not one email sent to them that did not go unanswered. Thanks to the staff of John T. Orcutt, we can rest easy and make a fresh start financially and no more sleepless nights.
