I recommend the Durham office ! And a BIG THANK YOU to April Ayscue, the paralegal who assisted me in my filing procedure, her professional knowledge and personal manner, were most appreciated.

I kept hearing this commercial but I was quiet a bit skeptical, however my situation continued to overwhelm me. I decided to see if this was just an advertisement gimmick to get me into the office. My 1st encounter was a continuation of what the commercial quoted. However, the Paralegal April that I worked with was so attentive to answering every question with pleasant professialism that she absolutely won me over in trusting this process and removed MOST of my anxiety, which made a remarkable difference and I would advocate anyone that is having an overwhelm of financial burden to use Atty. John Orcutt's service.OK SOOOO... after working with Erica, I HAD to come and make a remark, however forgetting that I'd already been here. Erica went above and beyond what I could say to give her a deserved Kudo's several times. John Orcutt don't sleep on these two exceptional employees, PLEASE!!!

I was very nervous and embarrassed about bankruptcy. The love and concern April Ayscue showed me calmed my nerves. She answered all my questions. Answer the phone no matter when I call her. Her honesty and concern helped me sleep better than I have in 3 years. My only regret is that I should have contacted John Orcutt office 3 years ago.

April was fantastic. She always greeted us with a smile and had everything ready for us to work through and eventually sign. Very organized, which I liked. This was a difficult decision for us but she made it less stressful.

April was wonderful! She was proactive and her answers to my questions were complete. She was a dream to work with!
