I was very impressed with this office from my first visit. I submitted some information through their website. When I came in for my first appointment, the paralegal who helped me (Melissa) was ready to explain my options and next steps. She was reassuring and helpful. She sent me home with a packet of forms to fill out. My next 2 visits were with April Ayscue, another paralegal. It was easy to work with her. I was a little embarrassed to ask some questions. She was not judgmental at all and she answered my questions thoroughly. We went through some very detailed paperwork easily because she was so competent about what to do to answer items that confused me. She said that I would have a claim number within a few days during the holiday season and she was right. I was treated very well by everyone at this office. I definitely recommend calling them if you are thinking about going for bankruptcy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our visit. You are always greeted with a welcome and pointed to the coffee/tea, should you need it :). Our initial visit was with Melissa Weaver, and she was awesome!! She answered all our questions, while explaining things every step of the way, letting us know what to expect, taking the guess work out of everything. This made us comfortable for our subsequent visit with April Ayscue, who was also the best to work with!! They bend over backwards for you here, making things as simple as possible, so you always feel in the loop of what's happening. I can only assume that each office is staffed the same, so my husband and I highly recommend John T. Orcutt law offices if you are ever considering bankruptcy. They are definitely in it for the right reason. Thanks again!!

I had a wonderful experience with John Orcutt law firm. I had the pleasure of working with April Ayscue, who was very kind, very knowledgeable, and a great person to talk to, I never felt rushed or was hurried through my process. April Ayscue was on top of things at all times. All three of my interviews with April were very comforting she never made me feel out of place, due to my financial hardship, even though I had been to John Orcutt in the pass. April Ayscue is a very kind person, always greets you with a smile, in person or on the phone. If i had to do this all over again i would i would definitely hope my case would be assigned to April i will definitely send referrals in hope they would be assigned to April she's the best.
