The staff that I had the pleasure to work with at your Durham office were beyond my expectations, specially April Ayscue who clearly guided me through every step of the paperwork with great attitude and friendly customer service skills. I thought this would be an stressful matter but, with April's assistance, the process was a delight, I'm glad she helped me out, thank you.

I have a large family and now, will be able to breath sighs of relief each month rather than barely breath because of my financial situation. Every time I call the bankruptcy office this lady picks the phone up. And always has a attitude. Every single time. She hung up on today during the call when I asked if I could speak to someone else. I called again and asked for her supervisor and she didn’t give me a name or anything. I dislike calling the office because she always picks up. All this stuff going on in the world and you have to call the bankruptcy office to get someone who is unprofessional. I can’t get ahold of my lawyer or get a response.
