I worked with Glenda Mathis in the office. She was very efficient, nice and honest. When I didn't understand the process she took the time to explain it to me. To John Orcutt, as you say in your commercial, I can now sleep. Much thanks to Glenda.

I was really nervous at first but once i got into John T.Orcutt office everyone made me feel comfortable about my situation especially Mrs.April Ayscue...she really explained everything in detail an always asked me if I had any questions.

There is nothing fun about having to file for bankruptcy, but as 'pleasant' as possible, the Orcutt organization handled the matter professionally, respectfully and competently. The experience was made more tolerable because of their people; Erica and Patty were patient in handling the many questions I had and always did everything they said they would do, and always worked to find solutions to what I thought were problems.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was and how friendly and helpful Glenda Mathis was. It is such a terrifying experience and I was totally nervous and scared, but Glenda was so helpful and made feel at ease right away and she made sure to let me know if I had any questions, I could contact her.
