Then I met Joe Nichols, a Paralegal who with his jovial attitude being so professionally detailed in explaining the process made the thoughts of being unable to handle your responsibilities due to life events or mismanagement uplifting rather than feeling down. I actually am a client in the Greensboro, NC office. Chris and his staff, Misty and Patricia are Excellent. I met with Chris for my free consultation and he took time to explain the differences between each of the different Bankruptcy Chapters and also answered all of my questions. My intake session and my signing session were both done by Ms Patricia Brady. She was very thorough in her explanations and reviews of all of the documents. My "B Back" appointment was carried out by Mist and just as everyone else, she was Great! Took time to ask questions to be sure I hadn't forgotten anything on my paperwork also explained a few things I had questions about. All in all, even though this is Bankruptcy, the staff here have made it easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This law firm has done one outstanding job, in helping me get back on my feet. I came to them $363,000, in debt. Today that debt, is a thing of the past. They delivered on what they said in their commercial. I file for bankruptcy, in December of 2012; almost three years to the date of my filing, on December 22, 2015, I will be closing on a brand new home, in Florida. This would never have been possible, if I had not walked into the office of John T. Orcutt, At Hillendale road. The staff there was dedicated to getting me credit worthy again, and they have. I am so thankful for this amazing place! I just received my case number today and and it was dream come true to know that all of my debts are officially gone!
