We filed bankruptcy back in 2010 and the initial process was wonderful. Customer service was great which made me feel comfortable to choose John Orcutt as my representative. Over the past few years I have been trying to get accurate information regarding our standing since the information I receive from creditors and the Trustee are not quite matching and I am feeling very uncomfortable that we will have problems with our creditors once the 5 year period expires. The problem is that it is very hard to be able to reach any one at customer service when I try to call. I understand the staff goes on vacation but it is not customer friendly that no one else can assist during the period. Then I leave messages but get no return call. I am not able to get a direct phone number to the clerk our case is assigned to. We are the customers, and the reason the company is successful. I feel displeased due to the fact that when trying to get information when I need it service is not available. I feel like I am calling some government agency where you just a number, not a person. You ought to improve your process and match the service one receives when first applying. meanwhile I am still waiting for a return phone call. I am very frustrated.

I am still in the process of filing, but so far, these guys and gals have been awesome to work with. I came in to my 1st meeting feeling embarrassed, scared, overwhelmed and lost. They are very professional, and have gone the extra mile to help me get my creditors paid, and my financial life back under control. Sarah Smith has been SO helpful! I can't count the number of emails I've sent with questions, and she has always promptly replied back with an answer. I would highly recommend John T. Orcutt to help you get your life back! I should have done this 3 years ago!

I had the great pleasure of working with Erica NeSmith in securing a much needed vehicle for my household. She is absolutely awesome and has the patience of Job!! Irregardless to whatever questions I asked, she always promptly communicated back and took the time to explain in such detail to ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the process of things. I never for a minute wondered what was going on with my case, as she kept me posted continually and also, encouraged. I truly feel that Erica went above the call of duty to assist me. Her going the extra mile significantly reduced my stress level about getting a vehicle, as I honestly didn't think it was possible. She afforded me peace of mind which is priceless. I was scared to even try to get bankruptcy started. All the staff there were wonderful, sweet and nice. I was very relaxed within 15 minutes of being there. Mrs. Smith and Benita are awesome!!!
