I must say my appointing of Patricia was nothing short of amazing. She took great pride in my case and gave me strength when facing the pain of even having to endure the need for representation. Due to Covid the process was a bit lengthy but patience, faith and excellent representation made it well worth the wait. I highly recommend Patricia but let me make one thing clear she’s no joke at all so make sure that you’re a strong person that can accept a highly assertive woman. Patricia will chew you out indeed but before you leave her office you will find yourself giving her a big hug of love. Give her a try…..you won’t be sorry!

I am currently dealing with an emergency custody and divorce case. Ms. Ferguson was the attorney who advice me from the very beginning to not get back with my husband back in May, 2022. She knew in her heart that he was bad news and was only returning back in the marriage for me to drop the charges. Fast forward 4 months later I find myself back in court and rehiring Ms. Ferguson once again. She has worked really hard to send me to get my evaluations done in the Haymount Institute. She is working hard in getting my son back. Even though the hearing is not until 01/03/23 I know I am in good hands. She is a bulldog in the court and will work very hard to get the judge to hear your side of the story. I recently was asked questions by the judge and Ms. Ferguson spoked on my behalf to explain to the judge what the opposing party is doing to me. I do recommend her and believe she will do everything in her power to fight for you. I know that people provide some low rating based on how she speak but your attorney is not supposed to be your best friend. She has a strong personality and that’s what makes her a good lawyer because she’s not going going to tolerate nonsense from the opposing party. I hope my review can help people in selecting the right attorney and that’s Ms. Ferguson.

Do yourself a favor and find an ethical lawyer who has your best interest at heart. She's a bulldog for sure. Unfortunately it's to a fault. She will consistently ignore your request on how you prefer things done in favor of taking the brash approach which leaves no room for finding common ground with opposing party. While looking for and after finding different counsel i was informed she has a horrendous reputation within the community. Apparently she is known for her unethical practices. I can recall a few instances where she displayed either a very poor memory or an unrivaled capacity for lying. The worst part is her pricing compared to what you'll pay elsewhere. It became very clear that her unyielding and uncompromising behavior was done in order to pad her own pockets. It's clearly about her bottom dollar and more billable hours. Divorces are already messy. Pick a lawyer that understands family court is about obtaining a resolution which is in the best interest of the family and kids in particular. Pick patricia and your relationship with your ex will probably undergo unnecessary strain and damage.

I just want to share how amazing of a family lawyer Patricia is. I am very thankful for her services. Throughout the period of my case she was a huge support the entire time. She was diligent and very informative. She kept me updated every step of the process. From the very beginning she been on it. Going over and above is an understatement. She followed all of the facts and made sure all avenues of resolution were explored. My outcome explains itself.

Please run. Although the negative comments get deleted-stay away from this severely outdated attorney. A majority of the time you will spend trying to hear her over her dogs snoring. Personally, I believe she has way too much on her plate and can’t keep a paralegal to assist her. Currently she called a friend to help. I paid 3,500 for custody after the divorce…she waited for me to get served…..just for her to file a continuance-then prep for the case in the cafeteria of the courthouse. Not only was I addressed by the wrong name during the hearing (multiple times) itself but I basically paid to watch her teeth get kicked in by my ex husbands attorney. Absolutely mortified she said she’ll call me the following day. When I asked about scheduling the special hearing she seemed defensive and said she was going to. Needless to say, I finally found a fearless attorney-who completed my request in 24 hours versus Patricia who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for three months. Save yourself and your pockets and find someone who’s not a miserably selfish human.

I highly recommend this law firm. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and has some fire, Attorney Ferguson is the one to call.

I have no idea how she still retains a law license and has not been disbarred.
