Mrs hatley seems to be very well versed in the law and military legal too

When I scheduled my appointment I made it clear that I had to pick up my daughter by 6pm so the receptionist and I decided 4:30pm would be an adequate time. It would allow my husband and I to get done with work at a fairly decent time and I would have at least an hour to talk to a lawyer for a $90 consultation. So when I showed up to my appointment on time, informed to pay the consultation money upon arrival and then told I had wait because she was still in another consultation, I was pretty taken back. After 15 minutes of waiting, I became annoyed asked for a refund because at this point I’m not paying to talk to someone for less than an hour. I didn’t get an apology from anyone in the office. It was really demeaning having to explain my situation when I booked my appointment, leave work early and then have to be pushed to the side without an apology or call back when things didn’t plan out accordingly. Very disappointing!

I hired Mrs. Hatley in 2016 for custody of my son which was filed the beginning of 2015. It’s been such a long fight for my son against grandparents. Mrs. Hatley knows the law, has protected my rights and has been the best lawyer I have ever had! On March 26, 2019 Mrs. Hatley fought for me and I won after 4 years of my son living with his grandparents! I’m very very very thankful for The Hatley Law Firm!! She is def the #1 Lawyer! I know it's tax time and everyone has extra cash and they may being seeking legal help, please take your business elsewhere! Pay attention people to the bad reviews they are REAL! this I know from my horrible experience with this firm. During my consultation she told me another clients business, she hired the attorney who was representing my wife. Her staff also lost important documents that I produced for my case. Good luck with trying to have a phone conversation with your paralegal, because that's not going to happen. I was never notified by the firm that I had a new paralegal working on my case. This attorney is very money hungry and she takes advantage of her clients. Please be aware! Awesome service, the whole staff went above and beyond. Highly recommended. I was very satisfied with my outcome .

Bottom line up front: Communication was severely lacking and she didn’t make us feel like a priority. -Several times that I called, I didn’t receive a call back. -I called on July 14th for an update. After patiently waiting a month, I called again on August 14th for any new information. My paralegal said ‘there has been several things happening’ but gave me the same info from July. -Hatley said she would file subpoenas on Bills, bank accounts, insurance, ect. *She did not* at all. However, I was subpoenaed for a Years worth of pay stubs the night before the trial. -Sure, court must take a while and I imagine there is a lot of red tape, but when I confronted the office for not returning calls and taking weeks to respond, they annotated in my file that ‘He apologized for being impatient’. Are you kidding me? -Mrs. Hatley recommended that we hire a private investigator for cohabitation. I mentioned that the person living with my ex, might have a different address. She persisted. I hired a PI; for $1,500. After which Hatley agreed to accept the case. Only later to mention him having a different address would kill the case. -Icing on the cake: I called her office to inform them that my wife was being induced into labor in November, a few days before court. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said absolutely not, I am about to deploy. I showed up to court with my wife and 3 day old daughter only to have No represensation. I called her office and they, in a very condescending way, told me it had been rescheduled!!! Now, I’m deployed and today, I find out that hiring her was an absolute waiste. On the bright side, I’d do it all over again just to know my ex wife had to pay an attorney. I would not hire Hatley if my life depended on it. Her review rating makes no sense at all. Hire someone else.

Ms. Hatley and her staff are very professional and helpful. I went through a two year long custody battle with my kids mother. Ms. Hatley kept me well informed and when ever I had a question or I didn't understand, All I had to do was pick up the phone and call. I've recommended Ms. Hatley to a few friends going through a custody battle. I can honestly say I am happy with the outcome. Ms. Hatley helped me win custody of my son and daughter. Thank You Ms. Hatley & The Hatley Law Firm for all of your help and time.

My experience with Hately Law Firm was absolutely amazing! So much that I have since refered five of my own clients and several friends to Mrs.Hately . They all were well taken care of , in and out of the courtroom! I’m still having them thank me for referring them to her!
