I consulted over the phone with Mrs. Hatley while deployed to Afghanistan after I learned my bride of just 6 months was cheating on me while I was deployed. This was my first deployment and my first marriage and I had no idea what to do or if there was anything I could do not being state-side. My family and friends suggested I hire an attorney and I gotta admit I was skeptical as everyone usually says that the woman has the upper hand and "gets it all". Being in the military and deployed I thought I would surely get sacked for all I'm worth.
