Our desire was to lessen the many issues that pop up when we as parents die and want to leave our estate to our children and/or grandchildren. We were guided through the issues of a trust. In two meetings we were able to incorporate all our death issues (prolong life, organ donation, burial, etc) and the issues of setting up a revocable trust (including all the twists and turns on existing property and investments) that should make things easier on our children when the time comes. Well worth the time and costs to feel secure no matter what our future brings.

Using Mr David Tomans law firm was the best thing we ever did. When my mothers health began to fail, we went to Mr Toman to have all the papers drawn up and real estate and estate planning, etc. he drew up everything I needed. I had almost nothing to do at her passing. He had taken care of everything. Please.....it is so important to let a knowledgeable attorney handle the estate planning.

I first used The Elderlaw Firm several years ago when my Mom moved back to Greensboro after Dad passed away. Dennis was very helpful getting Mom's paperwork in order. After Mom passed I was well prepared and didn't have to worry about anything except honoring Mom. We recently used Elderlaw again for our own final needs. Now our children won't have to worry about those details. Thanks for putting us at ease and eliminating future worries.
