Overall, great experience, highly recommend! Attorney Scheuring and his team were very communicative throughout the process as this was new/unknown territory. I am highly satisfied with how iticket.law handled my case. They were super professional and kept me updated about everything. I does get a little confusing when they are able to handle the case prior to your court date and I had to log in to find a notification that I wasn't emailed about. But they were able to clearly explain to me that was because it was drafted and couldn't be sent out officially until my court date. I will be gladly utilizing their services in the future if need be. Highly recommend!

The team was very responsive to my emails, very quick to return my calls and was very friendly. I had two case, one of which they didnt show up on time but that might have been my fault because I had to leave after about 40 minutes of waiting because I had to go to work. The second case they told me it would be about 3- 4 weeks before it was cleared. I recieved an email 3-4 days later stating that the case had already been closed. That was very helpful, as I didnt even have time to set up transportation to court. Definitely would recommend.
