I had a minor fender bender in a parking lot and was issued a citation and court date. I’m glad I hired them as they were up front, responsive, and professional all the way. They said they would try for a voluntary dismissal and ultimately that’s what happened and even before the court date. I did not have to pay the fine or court fees which would have been even more than their services. This ultimately saved me from going to court, kept my driving record in tact, and saved me from increased insurance premiums. I am highly satisfied with my experience.

We will use Hatley Law office in a second if/when we need legal representation in the future. We would get messages about what they needed and what was going on with our case before we had a chance to worry or wonder about it. It gave us peace of mind. We are very grateful.

They pushed my court date back for months without giving any real reason besides “ to allow us a better opportunity to negotiate a positive resolution”. After months of that, my court date finally came, and my case was only slightly pleaded down. I could’ve done the same thing or better on my own. I would recommend going elsewhere.
