If you’re looking for a lawyer who can’t get your name or address right in legal documents or to mail them to you then you’ve found the perfect one. Don’t waist your 7,500 on this firm. It took 3+ years to get a custody order in place after multiple unanswered emails/calls (longest time period was 5 months without answering). You only get to actually speak with your lawyer for 10 minutes when you hire him and 20 minutes the week before court, the rest of the time all communication goes through his rude paralegal. Which wouldn’t be a complete issue other than being rude if they didn’t change every couple months without any notice. Bright side though, the front desk worker is nice. She can’t actually answer any of your questions but she is the only one who speaks to people like they are a human being. Please save yourself the time, money and stress by going somewhere else.

If you're in the market for a divorce lawyer, I highly recommend doing thorough research before choosing one. My recent personal experience was quite disappointing. My lawyer and I had no communication throughout the process, which made things much harder. Matters involving child custody and support were hardly improved, despite the lawyer's promises. I live 4 hours away, and MULTIPLE times did not know if I needed to come down to hearings even the day before. Several times I traveled only to have the case continued. There was no negotiation for my side, and they only went with the opposing council's demands. To make matters worse, my original lawyer bailed halfway through the process and was replaced with someone who didn't care about my case and was downright rude. $11,000 down the drain, and I am in a worse situation custody wise than before. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your research and choose a lawyer who can effectively advocate for you.

**This review is for the paralegal ONLY, I had no interaction with the lawyer I had wanted to speak to but through her!** I have never, EVER been so disrespected by a complete stranger in my life, especially who's sole purpose is meant to help me in a very stressful legal situation. When this paralegal called me (and I couldn't tell you her name because she mumbled it, but she was Lycans') she was rude, callous, and plain CRUEL about my situation. She "blamed the victim," as they say, and then told me the office couldn't help me even though she had no idea what she was talking about. I've since hired Mr. Hudspeth and he is fantastic. Stay away from this firm.

We had to go here for adoption related business. I was very surprised pleasantly at the length that they went to make sure everything was airtight and how they made sure we were aware of everything that was happening. Very happy with them and would happily recommend. The attorneys were awesome but even the paralegals were at a level above the norm.

I hired Mr. McNamara for my separation with my soon to be ex wife. They helped enormously and were able to get everything I wanted/needed. I’ll be hiring them again for my official divorce. Highly recommend especially if you’re in the military. Very knowledgeable and fast acting. They’re also very well priced and worth every penny.

Awesome place with great attorneys. They make you feel good when talking to you and like they actually care. They dont pressure you to do anything which helps reassure that they arent just trying to get your money but genuinely care about your situation. Overall great place for family legal needs

I hired Nathan Sweet's law firm to assist me with my disability claim. At first everything was going well. I submitted all my documents to them in a timely manner and was always available when needed. roughly 6 months ago I just stopped hearing from them. I have tried to reach out on multiple occasions (at least 12 times) through Phone/Email. I have hear nothing from them in that time nor have they responded to the multiple emails/voice messages I left for them. I just recently learned that my request through the VA has been closed. Nathan was supposed to be taking care of this instead I am back to square one and having lost over a year of my time to get these issues resolved. I do not recommend Nathan or his law firm.

Dealing with child custody issues is extremely tough and both physically and emotionally draining. I would argue that as an active duty service member it is more of a challenge because the opposing party/counsel can or will always use your service as a justification to not award custody. I have been back and forth for years dealing with custody issues but I have always put our children at the forefront of my goals. When I retained Rachel she was straight forward and honest about the potential outcomes. She promised she would fight for my children and I am telling you she did just that. This woman is aggressive and will not be pushed around or intimidated. Knowledgeable, quick thinking, and thorough Rachel and her paralegals April and Jennifer are fighters and that is what my family needed on our side. Retain and witness her work and achieve the quality results you are praying for. No regrets. Not a single one.

Mr. McNamara has handled many legal matters to include a few over the last year and has achieved the outcome i was looking for each time. He has proven to be very knowledgeable, and effective. His team has always kept me informed of what to expect during the process. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of family legal services.
