This attorney cost me major time with my Children. After $4500 and 4 years nothing has changed except lost time and money. Mr McNamara talks a great talk until he gets your money and then he doesn't talk to you anymore until you demand to talk to him.
When you confront him about what he and his office was suppose to be doing for you he tip toes around it and goes off in other directions that have nothing to do with your case. Mr McNamara is nothing more than a coward in court and advises his clients to give in to whatever the opposing party and their attorney request so it is less work for him. I have three children I have went 4 years without contact with because his office does not fight for their clients.
I provided and did all the leg work to provide the law firm with all the information needed for my case and needed him to present it and that was still too much to ask. As for the office staff and paralegals they do nothing nor know anything. My wife had to fix their mistakes several times.
I would urge any and all to stay clear of this law firm. They have ruined my life when I paid them to help me. I am worse off then I was in the beginning of my attorney client relationship.

After $6500 to separate me from bed and board, this man did nothing for me that I likely couldnt do myself. 1. As it turns out, he never really fought for me when it came to the equitable distribution hearing (he chatted forever about irrelevant subjects which subsequently increased the arbitrators overall fees), 2. Two years later, I find out I was paying over $200 more on child support, 3. I wound up with less visitation time with my kids than before I hired him. 4. The worst part of all is his assistant Brooke; she would often need to be reminded that i was the client and they were the ones providing a service to me. Having to call often for the same issues and not getting a response did nothing more than eat up my retainer. This whole organization has forgotten that they are a customer based business. Once the money has been paid, your at the mercy of luck, not so much his skill and ability to deliver his craft successfully. 5. During my ordeal, my ex was contemptuous on several occasions. This attorney decided it best to advise me to not seek any legal action until more accounts of contempt were compiled. Well, more compiled and when I informed him, he wanted another $1500 to help me. 6. Lastly, I was led to believe that the $6500 fee would include the divorce; NOT AT ALL. That cost me an extra $500. I learned many lessons from this. Ask questions. Ask many many questions and get it all in writing. Its comforting at first when you truly believe that someone will fight for you to the very end. It is heart breaking and revealing when their inactions have cost you your livelihood, children, and money.
