I highly recommend Mr. Brinkley and his services, while reviewing my case he was honest and very thorough in his analysis of my defense. Mr. Brinkley and his associate were very prompt in replying to my questions and inquiries related to the case. For my first need of a lawyer he walked me through the process and procedures of the court system and was always professional. If I ever needed an attorney in his field and expertise I would gladly request his services again.

From the first call to the office, we already had a plan in place. The entire process was flawless. Great communication between myself and everyone in the firm. Definitely worth every bit! Dewey is by far and wide the best decision I made when deciding to fight my DUI charge. He is patient, calm, analytical, and really takes the time with his client. My charge was dismissed because of a detail Dewey recognized on my case and saved me years of insanely expensive insurance costs and the grief that comes with a DUI conviction. I honestly don’t think there would be many other attorneys that would have been able to get the same results and also put in the time and effort for their client. Dewey was better than I could have asked for. My case was a very odd one, and was going to be difficult to defend and he managed to get it completely dismissed. Not my real name...but I recently retained Dewey as a defense attorney. I had never been arrested before, and had no clue how the whole process worked. Dewey met with me before I was to make my first court appearance. He walked me through all my options, what to expect, and the best course of action. I hired dewey Brinkley because a friend referred me. Mr Brinkley told me that my case is petty because it was a class I felony and for 1800.00 he would get it dismissed or only serve 1 week in jail. As soon as I paid him he then called me and said I was going to prison. He also told me he was friends with the prosecutor and he had him in his pocket. When I went to court dewey Brinkley told me that if I didnt accept the plea offer right then that my bond would be revoked although I turned myself in. He also lied and said he had several meetings with his prosecutor friend however I ended up in prison anyway even though he stated his colleague would not do that to his client because of their personal relationship. Dewey Brinkley also lied to me and told me there was no parole and I am from Florida so I am not familiar with north carolina law. Dewey Brinkley is a con artist attorney who will sell you dreams to take your hard earned money. In all honesty he really messed my life up. Good luck to anyone who chooses him for representation.
