We called this law firm to get some simple legal advice for moving our business to North Carolina. The lawyer was so rude and assertive that she was an attorney it was ridiculous. I then asked her based on past experience has she ever seen anyone charged with the 3-strikes you in law. She instantly began acting all weird and said she couldn’t give me legal advice as an attorney. Very rude and head-strong, I would definitely not trust them in an actual courtroom.

We were referred to Mr. Scharf from a friend who had used his services before and had had a successful outcome. How grateful we were! Our brother had been falsely accused in a criminal matter, and our whole family was terribly stressed. Jesse met with our brother the day after he called him and offered him an expert appraisal of his case. He was brutally honest about the situation our brother was in, and while making no promises as to the outcome, said that he thought the case was defensible and that he, Jesse, would be there every step of the way for him. When trial week came, Jesse met with our family that Sunday night to review the strategy and prep us for what to expect; we could tell that he was thoroughly prepared for battle. In the morning, he prayed with us, which gave us a measure of peace that God had put him in our brother’s life for this moment. His defense was very well prepared, and his courtroom management clear, focused, and skillful. He comported himself in a manner that clearly gained respect from the jury. He turned off his phone during the entire week of the trial so as to focus on our brother’s trial. And, again, the night before our brother took the stand, he met with us in his office to prepare for his testimony. It really made us feel like he cared about our brother and our family and that we were all on the same team. In summary, Jesse helped us navigate the process, to really understand the consequences, he listened to our brother’s desires with respect, and he fought the good fight to the end; the jury found our brother not guilty. We are eternally grateful for having had Jesse Scharf as our attorney.

INCREDIBLE Firm I'm 17 years olds and long story short I got a ticket for an expired registration, but missed my court date. The Scharff Firm took care of my ticket in impeccable timing. They treated my family and me with respect, and were very easy to work with. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone, and on the off chance that I forget another ticket, it will be Scharff who represents me.

Jesse Scharff is the greatest attorney in Raleigh North Carolina! I had a permanent DL revocation in Raleigh NC since 1988. Within 3 months I have my NC DL revocation dropped and my new AZ DL is now active! It’s a big blessing and Jesse Scharff is a miracle worker! You cannot go wrong hiring Mr. Jesse Scharff. My Case: NC DMV has very arbitrary drivers license laws that make your life miserable, in my case “30 years of misery not having a valid DL in any state”. I had no DUIs or felony driving convictions in NC. My revocation case was due to driving while suspended 2 times and speeding to elude police. That was enough to get a permanent revocation. I tried at least six times to get my NC DL revocation lifted with various attorney’s in NC and IL. Nothing worked. The reason nothing worked is that no attorney cared about helping me get me driver license un-blocked in NC. As you may know, NC DMV hearings are very difficult and no progress came of my application with NC DMV. Jesse said, I will get this done no matter what happens! This case is not justice and you suffered long enough for very little. I heard a truthful statement from Jesse, so I believed he could do the impossible! Within 3 months I have my NC DL revocation dropped and my new AZ DL is now active! It’s a big blessing and Jesse Scharf is a miracle worker! You cannot go wrong hiring Mr. Jesse Scharff! I'd contacted them with a couple issues (FTA and minor possession). They were always very courteous, and helpful. Amily worked to help me get my court costs reduced and was always quick to respond to any questions I had in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone, and if any future problems were to occur, I'd have no hesitation to hire them again.
