Right when we were ready to give up on our Judicial System and finding a trustworthy Attorney, Attorney Scharff gave us Hope. We have seen it all, the court dates continued time after time, the plea deals, and so many other discouraging things in the courtroom, we had given up hope that we would find a good attorney for our son. We hired Jesse and he won our son's jury trial (Not Guilty Verdict). Jesse really CARES about his clients. We were not just a "case" to him and you can trust him. I knew from the first conversation I had with Jesse Scharff that I would be making a mistake hiring anyone else. I had actually already retained another attorney but quickly terminated that relationship to go with Jesse - I heard more from him than I did that first lawyer before I even hired him! Needless to say, I was extremely impressed by his attentiveness to my case since day one. Not to mention I was always able to get in touch with him when I needed to or even if I just had a follow up question. His wife and partner, Reba, is just as spectacular and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They both respond quickly, and I do mean quickly - I was never left waiting for a reply or callback for longer than an hour, maybe even 30 minutes. For a very fair and reasonable fee, they followed through on everything they said they would, and even accomplished those things that he “couldn’t make any promises” on. And of course attorneys have to say that about some things to protect themselves, but Jesse worked magic on my case and got me results that I truly believe no one else could have or would have. My case was an unusual and extremely time-sensitive one. Jesse oversaw my brother's case. I wasn't involved for much of the process but Jesse not only advocated for my brother, he took the case to trial, identified loop holes in the state's case, and showed the jurors that there was no evidence to tie my brother to the alleged crime. The case was dismissed. While I didn't work with Jesse personally, my family is truly grateful for Jesse's willingness to uphold justice and fight for his client. He didn't just take our money, in fact he worked with us beyond what he had to, he worked for it. He was truly an amazing advocate and attorney!

As I type this review, I'm very emotional.... I need to write this review to tell the world, that this is the best attorney that I've ever met (actually the only one😊).
