Mr Scharff provided a much needed and experienced counselor as he guided us through a recent felony case involving one of our children. Mr Scharff was well versed in all the particulars of our case and his advice was spot on and re-assuring. All charges were eventually dismissed thanks to Mr Scharff's work.

I hired Jesse for a DWI charge. After going back and forth to court, we decided to go to trial. He was very good at calming me down and making me feel at ease about my situation. Jesse was well prepared and did extremely well at customizing and personalizing my case and not making it uniform to every other known DWI case out there. At the end of the trial, I was found NOT GUILTY and that is extremely seldom in Wake County especially for a drinking while impaired charge. I would recommend Jesse to anyone and everyone. There was a little bit of luck or good fortune concerning the sentence, but Jess did negotiate the three dismissals with the prosecutor before court. He was also the first attorney in the courtroom on the day of my sentencing. Besides the legal issues, I liked Jess as a person, felt that he really did care for me, and he definitely had my back. You feel like you are in good hands, and he is going to protect you and your interests. Jess partners with his wife Reba (also an attorney), and they have a very homey office. This is not a traditional cold marble and glass operation. I wouldn't expect every case to go as well as mine, but Jess did a great job for me.
