I can't say enough how friendly and helpful and reassuring Justin Osborn was. I called for some advice on a matter and he spoke with me at length about my issue (trouble with an absentee contractor). He was so patient and answered all of my questions. These folks are absolutely honest and sympathetic. If I ever have a need for legal assistance again they are who I am calling.

We recently had our powers of attorney drawn up by Osborn, Gambale, Beckley & Budd. Mr. Osborn took the time to carefully explain each page of the documents as we reviewed and signed them, and he answered all of the questions we had about the documents to put our minds at ease. It felt like a conversation with a friend, and it’s so reassuring to know that these powers of attorney are now in place. I would not hesitate to reach back out to this law firm again if I ever find myself in need of legal assistance in the future.
