Good very good excelent excelent

I can't recommend them enough. They truly are a law firm of excellence and advocate for their clients' best interests. Responsive, professional, experienced (30+ years)....I can go on and on.

James & JD have been extremely prompt and helpful in handling our dispute. They have listened well, offered feasible resolutions, and communicated well with all parties involved. We have enjoyed our experience with Vann Attorneys and would recommend them gladly.

I had a very good experience with JD Hensarling of Vann Attorneys. He listened to me and was very responsive to my requests.

I was referred to attorney James Vann through a dear friend. Mr. Vann had been their attorney for years and they sung his praises. I hired Mr. Vann to help me with a legal matter. I had our initial consultation and paid Vann Attorneys a $2000 retainer fee. Over the next three weeks I never heard from Mr. Vann regarding my case. During those three weeks I emailed Mr. Vann several times, called several times, left voice mails and texts. After the third week, I received a phone call from Mr. Vann. Mr. Vann was extremely apologetic and let me know he was in Charlotte working on an important case and nothing had been done regarding my legal case. I asked for a refund and obtained legal council from another attorney. The refund of $2000 fee was quickly refunded.

Excellent. JD talked with me on the phone when no other attorney would even return a call. He got done what another firm failed to do and solved our issue. I’ll use Vann Attorneys again for sure.

Absolutely amazing guy, I mean I had called 12 lawyers that day to see who I would feel comfortable with and hire for a situation that I am dealing with. Mr jd was the only one to actually give me good advices on what to do first before hiring an attorney which meant a lot for me. If I ever do need to hire an attorney mr.jd will be my first choice for sure, very well respected and smart man. I wish more out there are more caring like he was and not just after the dollar

While I have not worked with the firm in the capacity of being assisted with a legal matter, my brief interaction with Mr. Vann was extremely positive. He was completely down to earth and genuine; giving the impression of someone with great character; the type of person who I would want to represent me if I ever needed counsel.

I had the privilege to speak with Mr. James R. Vann a couple of weeks ago regarding a few things in construction. He was jus as personable without making me fill uneducated. He was down to Earth and I came away feeling a better understanding of my situation. It’s NOT everyday that people do that and especially not in business. I will definitely be using his services again and sending all my contacts there when they are in need of legal advice or counsel. Felt like I had known him all my life.
