A good friend of our family had a serious legal issue with her small business. Things were already pretty bleak because of COVID and the legal challenge nearly pushed the business over the edge. I was overwhelmed with the level of concern and care given to our friend. JD gave her the kind of attention and effort that I'd expect a law firm to reserve for big companies who pay them tons of money. JD brilliantly managed to reach a perfectly fair settlement between the two parties. He did everything he could to keep things simple and avoid a court battle that would have bankrupted our friend. I hope I never need a lawyer but if I do I'll definitely call JD first. He's a credit to his profession.

Received 2 Different Answers from Laura Vann for what I was being charged for on my Invoice. Laura Vann then avoided 3 Emailed Questions in a Row with me Asking her why I received 2 Different Answers to what I was being Billed for. And James R. Vann played Word Games with the Q when I asked him about it. Also, while trying to get Clarification on my Invoice, Laura Vann would take long chunks of Time to Reply. 5 Days, then 14 Days were the longest times- and that was within the same Month! And then on the 31st day after the Invoice was Issued, Laura Vann sent me a new Invoice stating that the old Balance was now in the '31-60 Day' Column- subjecting it to a 1.5% Interest Charge- only problem was, in the Previous 30 days, 24 of those Days were spent waiting on Email Responses from her to Answer my Invoice Qs! I had thought these guys were Trustworthy...but man they Bend around nearly all Questions I asked about why I was told 2 Different answers to what I was Charged on my Invoice. Laura Vann was a Bully who liked to Play Mind Games about my Invoice. James R. Vann surprised me as a Bully too when I tried to get Help from him and Answers to my Qs about Billing...He mostly didn't address them at all. He was a Good Dude when we met In-Person! Why 2-Stars instead of 1-Star? Laura Vann offered for me to Pay what I felt was Fair. I told her that sounded Good...but I need to gather enough Information to figure out what was Fair to Pay. She then continued to Ignore my Qs when I was trying to gather Info on what would be Fair to Pay. James R. Vann also said he would wipe some of the Fees away...but would completely avoid the Q I asked about why I received 2 Different Answers to what I was Charged on my Invoice. Conclusion: I'm fine with Paying them for the Work they did for me...but I'm not Fine getting different Answers to what I was charged for, on the Same Invoice....and then having my Qs about those 2 Different Answers be Ignored. I will Update when I have New Information.

James Vann was knowledgeable and offered better legal advice over the phone than many attorneys during an office visit.
