I felt compelled to write this testimonial for James Vann and Associates. First and foremost I am sincerely grateful for all hard work and dedication that they have given me with taking charge of my defense. Not having any experience with attorney’s or court proceedings, I was very leery about seeking out an attorney with helping out with my defense needs. I researched many attorneys and finally found James Vann. My first meeting with Mr. Vann, I was immediately impressed with his family values and I felt that he actually cared and was concerned about my well-being and my impending case that I was about to brief him on. I was impressed with his knowledge of the laws and court proceedings. I had felt so much better when I left the meeting and my mind was put at ease that I made the right choice. Sometimes you just get a really good feeling about somebody and you go with it. My choice I found in our later meetings and in court proceedings I had made an excellent choice. Mr. Vann made incredible arguments and stuck to the facts during multiple court hearings. He communicated extremely well with the plaintiff’s attorney. His communication with me was always consistent and on a timely basis. His positive attitude gave me much hope as well as all of his staff members, Gail, Laura Vann, Mrs. Cotton and others that work in the office.
