We had transmission issues with my new car. Not sure what our options were I started googling info and lawyers and thankfully Mr. McNeil was the first one I called. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best settlement. I cannot thank the law office of Richard McNeil enough. Would highly recommend this office. I contacted Mr. McNeil due to the fact that I believed I had purchased a lemon ...2019 Ford ranger. Mr. McNeil helped me through the entire process and Advised me that a better option for my situation would be to contact the Better Business Bureau auto line. I have to say I was confused by that because he had the potential to make money off of my situation. Instead he advised me to contact the BBB due to the timing restraints that I was against. Mr. McNeil has never even met me. However, he was looking after my best interest Ford is now buying my vehicle back. Mr. McNeil gave me great advice and walked me through the whole process when he didn’t have to bc I was not his client I called him several times out of frustration and he was always fantastic with me on the phone. I would highly recommend hiring Mr. McNeil To help you with your situation as well. I will definitely be referring him to anybody else may that may have similar problems with their vehicle Thank you Mr McNeil! I am no longer the owner of a lemon!

I was having trouble with my 2019 Silverado custom, I had taken it to the Dealership for the same issue I cant even remember the number of times, but I had had enough so I went to google and put in lemon law lawyers and Mr. McNeil was my choice and a very good choice I left a message that night and he returned my call the next morning i was surprised, but long story short he took care of the issue I had with my truck and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!
