My new car broke down on me had to have it towed in to dealership. 41 days later still now word. The dealership called said car was ready after I saw the 3 page repair list I was worried. I found Rick online so I filled out the info on his website. He called me that evening we spoke for over 30 mins. I knew then this was the guy. Even with a major world crises Rick got the job DONE VERY PLEASED.

Rick is definitely a trustworthy and standup guy. There is no denying he knows the ins and outs of Lemon Law.

Rick was absolutely wonderful! Neither my fiance nor I had ever been through any type of lemon law negotiation. We had bought a brand new truck that gave us nothing but headaches along the way. We had no idea what to do just that we were out a lot of money due to depreciation and then we found Rick McNeil! He was prompt and thorough in everything. we never had to wonder where we were at in the process he always kept us updated and gave us a good idea of timeline from the beginning. Do not waste your time. Unless you want to do all the work and make all the phone calls yourself. Very snippy and always seemed to be bothered when I asked questions. Extremely unprofessional and lazy.

I bought my vehicle brand new and within the first 6 months I had my first issue. Over the next 1 1/2 years, my vehicle had been in the shop for 50-60 days for a multitude of recalls and other issues. I found Mr. McNeil online and had asked a lawyer friend of mine for a recommendation and he also recommended him. The vehicle I owned was just a failure right off of the factory line. Purchased new, but the issues began the night I drove it home. Mr. McNeil was excellent! My vehicle had been to the shop a total of five times within a year for the exact same issue. I needed help and contacted Mr. McNeil. Rick is a nice guy but seemed to be out for a quick paycheck instead of trying to help me get what I deserved. Currently working with another lawyer and moving forward with getting what I deserve.
