They reached out to me due to a dog mauling which I was the victim. They were calling daily. I asked them to stop as I needed time to see if I wanted just to get my medical bills paid by the dog owner. Dog owner never paid anything. I called back a few months later and they would always say they would get back with me and never heard back. Finally somebody told me they were no longer handling dog bite cases...why didn’t the first person I spoke with informed me of such?

So far I have had a pleasant experience, they call to check on us every couple of weeks to see if we need anything and vise versa. Have always had a response anytime I have reached out to them. A++
