The People here at Ricci Law Firm are honest, considerate, trustworthy, and Caring! They work in a time manner to get things done and they ALWAYS give u updates within their progress. Joanna my case manager is absolutely wonderful!! She's quick on responding and make sure all my concerns are met. Bonnie is my attorney and Im still waiting for settlement. I truly feel that she will do her best to get me a great outcome because she gives a hundred percent effort!!!They most thing I love about the staff is that they call and check on you; use kind words to build your spirit, ensure you that you're not alone throughout your recovery! At first I was nervous using RICCI Law firm because I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I did research several different law firms in my area and read the reviews from others and decided that I would give them a chance. I’m glad that I did. Their professionalism and customer service with being in contact with me and answering any questions that I had throughout the entire process with both of my car accidents and also obtaining disability were impeccable. They made it easy for me to not have to worry about talking with the insurance companies or getting the records for the case. They really took care of everything.
