My mother 72 was a injured passenger and this company didn't consider her as a person of value. So they didn't give her the time of day as a representative as they advertise.

They made it super-easy to sign all the paperwork from my car rather than having to go inside while in the middle of a pandemic, which was fantastic! They were always very responsive and customer-service oriented when I had questions, and the video sent to me ahead of time to explain the paperwork I had to sign was perfect. I closed today with this firm, they make you sign all docs in a car. They explain the first doc in 2 mins and didn't explain any of the other docs. Asked me to sign where labelled, left me in the car. I had such a bad experience you pay an attorney so they walk you thru the docs. I have closed with other attorneys in the pandemic, they are so much more streamlined. Poor value for your money.
