Got the ticket reduced, but didn’t answer his phone, didn’t ever call back when I had questions, and hard to work with because of it. Only answered emails, but made it hard when questions weren’t being answered because of not understanding what I needed since it was email and not phone. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t need to get updated information for your case.
