I got my 2nd speeding ticket this year and was dreading it because i thought my insurance was going to go up for sure this time. decided to give him a try after reading reviews and i’m really glad i did. 65 in a 45 got reduced to improper equiment, no insurance or license points. Douglas Portnoy was an excellent attorney. Everything was smooth and easy how he handled my speeding ticket. My speeding ticket he was able to reduce it to an improper equipment offense.Therefore it did not affect my license or insurance. His cost was the most reasonable out of all attorneys in the area.
