Well, it started off a little rocky. I called the Jacksonville office to be told that they would not take my case after giving them information on my situation. They did not refer me to the Raleigh office....my brother who had used them for a similar case told me that I needed to talk to the Raleigh office. The first case manager was not very responsive and I had a few issues getting information from her. All companies run into some personnel issues at one time or another but what’s important is how they correct the issue. After finding out the first case manager was no longer there, I was then assigned to Victoria R. who has gone above and beyond. She is super prompt at returning both phone calls and emails. My case is still in process however I feel confident that it will turn out favorable just based on her attentiveness. Scott S. the attorney has also been helpful when I’ve spoke with him and told me I could contact him on his cell anytime. I can honestly feel confident in recommending them before the case is even settled. Thank you and looking forward to a speedy decision.

I applied for SSDI in September of 2017. After being turned down I contacted Riddle and Brantley to help me win my case. Everyone at the office was kind and efficient. They made the process go very smoothly. At my recent hearing my lawyer was instrumental in helping me get through the hearing. He spoke with the judge directly and asked me all the right questions. Even after winning my case this firm has been very helpful in helping me navigate all the incoming paperwork. I highly recommend them!

November 2017, my brother, passed away. I was his beneficiary for his life insurance to ensure his wishes were handled accordingly. However dealing with his employer and the insurance company became a living nightmare. At the end of my rope, I contacted Riddle and Brantley's Law Firm in February 2018. Just in time too, there were only 3 days remaining before his life insurance would have went to the estate. IMMEDIATELY, Gene and his assistant, Stacy, met with me and started working on my behalf that day. I felt when I left that finally my brother's funeral will be taken care off and I could fulfill my promise to my brother. Gene and Stacy stayed in contact with me throughout the entire case.
