Due to a very acrimonious divorce of one of our children we found ourselves not able to continue a relationship with our grandchildren. We were very close to the children and had helped raise them until the time of the divorce. The children was eight and six at that time. We retained Mr. Mills to file a motion to intervene and for visitation rights. He was able to get a fast court date and we was granted the motion to intervene very quickly. We was also able to see our grandchildren. The family court judge awarded us every third weekend and several holidays along with summer vacation time. Mr. Mills was very understanding of our concerns. He returned calls promptly and answered all of our questions. I am so happy we retained Mr. Mills to fight for us and the children. I would recommend him to any other grandparents out there who find themselves in a similar situation.

There are NO words to express my gratitude to Molly, for her compassion and understanding when I contacted Riddle & Brantley in a desperate search for a law firm that would accept my case , 3 mos before statutes would expire on my personal injury case. It was the day before long Thanksgiving holiday weekend when I came in for my consult with Molly. She said she would take my large case file home with her to review in detail over the holiday, would contact me the following week to inform me if they would take on my case at such a late stage in the legal process or not. My Social Security Disputably started with another law firm. We went to court and loss. I fired them and came to Riddle & Brantley. the experienced was night and day. We went to court with in 20 months and won. The difference between the Attorneys, Well I did not talk to the first Attorney until the day of the hearing. After the hearing the Attorney Just left me Standing there. Now with Riddle & Brantley Catherine Brewer talk to me from day one she made sure that all the paper I filled out was correct and got all the documentation from the Doctors. she kept me calm during the waiting time. The Attorney Scott Scurfield He called me a week before the hearing and explained everything to on what is going to happen. He then doubled checked everything on the paper work with me. He showed up on time and again explained what was going to go on in court. we went into court and the Judge did his introduction asked me how I was doing. Looked at sum stuff on the computer. The said you know you have a good Attorney when the hearing is short. he approve my disputably Attorney Scurfield after the hearing explained what will happen next and if I had any questions to give him a call .

From my initial consultation the staff attorney told me I had a valid case and I was then assigned to Mr. Brantley who is their Workers Comp specialist.
