I had just moved to Raleigh from California when I met Holly at a party. She had lived in California too so we started talking about our life there. I had just sold my business in Southern California. (I wish I knew her while I was negotiating the terms of the sales contract). In addition to not receiving payments, I was concerned about a non-compete clause that I had signed with the sale of my business. I was an expert in my field and well-known from my business so I was hesitate about continuing my life-long profession. Holly devised a step-by-step plan of action. She was very knowledgeable about business, contracts, and employment law both in NC and CA. Her creative strategy, attention to detail, experience, and assertiveness put me on the right path. She recommended a California firm that she had worked with to continue my case. I have been equally impressed with them. Holly continues to provide reassurance and support whenever I need it. I was referred to Holly by a friend who had used her and had nothing but good things to say about her. Subsequently, both my husband and I worked with Holly to review our contracts for new jobs in the Life Sciences Industry. Holly was clearly knowledgeable and able to guide us as well with contract negotiations in terms of protecting ourselves and identifying what was a 'nice to have' vs a 'need to have' in the contracts. She thoroughly reviewed the contracts in a timely manner, and spent the time with us to walk us through the contracts as well as suggested changes in lay person terms. I have been working with Holly for almost 4 years and feel very fortunate to have her on our side. She is super knowledgeable and always available and reachable. While I often think we have the craziest situations in town, Holly is never flustered and is willing and able to give me the verbiage and narrative I need to handle any situation at hand. Thomas Kreger was awesome! I had a car accident in 2016 that totaled my car and resulted in two surgeries in 2017. Tom was thorough, provided consistent communication during the process and ensured great results for my case. If I ever need help again, I will definitely go to Tom first!

I had an auto collision where the other party was clearly at fault. There was extensive damage to my car but, fortunately, no one was injured. Other than getting my car repaired and the related towing expenses, my insurance company would not participate (nor help me) to get compensation from the other party's insurance company for my other expenses (my car was disabled in the evening, a long way from home so I had to stay a night in a hotel before obtaining a rental car the next day) as well as the diminished value of my repaired car. I worked directly with an adjuster from the other party's insurance company. The adjuster was pleasant and cooperative providing reimbursement for the expenses however it was a completely different story when it came to diminished value. Personally frustrated with this new attitude of the adjuster and the low-ball offer I was made, I turned to the Kreger Law Firm. I don't know what went on "behind the scenes" (i.e. how many staff members were involved) but I only dealt with Tom Kreger and even that was just a couple phone calls and a few emails - and, wow, did he make my life easier! Tom obtained a timely and reasonable settlement for my diminished value and after I provided the information he needed, I didn't have to lift a finger! My only regret is not turning to Kreger Law Firm sooner.
