I am very satisfied with how Ben handled my case for myself and my daughter. He communicated very consistently how the progress was going leading up to my settlement and answered all questions and concerns that i had.

I worked with Tom. He was very informative and kept me abreast of what was going on between him and the insurance companies. Tom was able to get me full benefits without going to trial. I would differently go back to Tom or recommend him to anyone that needs a good attorney.
