He provides clear direction when asked, while letting me take the lead on decisions. His advice has been thoughtful and spot-on. His communication style is no-nonsense and factual, which works well for me. Despite never meeting face-to-face, I can say that my experience has been very positive and I felt that my case was in very competent hands. The final outcome definitely shows that as well.
