I had a great experience working with John T Orcutt team especially Joseph Nichols, he spent hours with me on the phone explaining every step and every paper I was signing and what I will expect happening, I was comfortable talking to him and happy that he always emailed me back for any questions right away, the front Office lady @ Six roads location her name is Rita she is a lovely and very helpful person I think that she is in the right place. There was no pressure from anyone and made me feel comfortable didn’t feel like I was alone in this.

My representative, Joseph Nichols was professional, thorough and friendly during a difficult time. Emails were responded to promptly and phone calls were almost always answered. One time I had to leave a message because he was with another client, but he called me back five minutes later. I always felt confident that I was being given the proper information and often felt more like a friend than a client. I would highly recommend the John T. Orcutt office to anyone in need of help.

I can't say how grateful we are for this office. Joe Nicholas got our case the second time around and when he heard about our case he jumped right on it and started working. He kept us in the loop with everything he and the office were doing. Covid has affected us as well as many others and Joe was right there to listen and give us guidance and DEFINITELY reassured us that we were in good hands. I am taking a moment to review this attorney because he has worked with Hatley Law, and must have had great training because of it. I live in NYC but had the best legal advice from the firm and I am guessing that anyone associated with them is well trained!

What a nightmare. So many unreturned phone calls and emails. Lies and paralegal changes. It was a waste of 2 months dealing with this company. We got zero legal advice. Just poor customer service.
