We just finished our bankruptcy with John Orcutt. We had a great experience. Throughout our 5 year term, we had to purchase a vehicle and a new home. Erica Nesmith really went above and beyond seeing us through these processes all the way. She is very helpful and cares about your unique situation and will do whatever she can to help you out. The only thing I don't like is the wait time. Your appointment could be at 1:00 and if you go with someone then you won't be out of the office close to 4. Every time I've come here it seems like I've had to wait hours on end. I highly recommend putting in a coffee machine, snack machine and t.v

Was very nervous about this big decision in our lives, but Our original meetings with Mrs. Chobot and right through the main process with Joe Nichols we felt very safe and well taken care of. It was amazing how well they know the process and how well they took care of us. Very warm and friendly staff. Definitely made the whole thing less scary

Dealing with the Law Offices of John T Orcutt service was an absolute pleasure from the beginning to the end of a very stressful time for me. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to my paralegal was extremely non-judgmental and knowledgeable. My paralegal, Taylor Govan was nothing short of excellent. She was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me. Taylor (and the rest of the staff) were caring and compassionate in such a stressful, dark time in my life. Although i have yet to go to court, i could not have asked for a better experience. I am sure that my "post-legal" paralegal Christie Covington and my attorney will be no less pleasant, courteous and professional than what i have already experienced.. Joseph Nichols was very helpful. He was patient and spent the time needed to go over ALL the paperwork. He explained things to were I could understand them. Also made a list of needed items and explained how and where to get them. Very good start.

Taylor Govan was excellent as she went through the whole process and explained everything and took the time to answer all my questions.

I was looking at debt consolidation and decided to check into bankruptcy option. After talking with Tara, she connected me to Joseph Nichols. We talked and he was great. He listened to what I wanted and gave me my options. We set up a plan and he has been great during the whole process. The best part is it was all done by phone and email. I highly recommend talking with Joe if you have any questions about bankruptcy.
