Very professional staff I was hesitant about a Lawyers office until I walked in the Law offices of John T Orcutt and they made me feel like a friend Good instructions and no rush with an affordable price I recommend them to anyone Thanks again for the good job !!!I also want to commend Joseph Nichols for a wonderful and pleasant personality and attitude

Absolutely incredible!! What a well informed group/staff. I have experienced the most unique interviewing sessions from this office. Everyone conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times. The staff took time out of their hectic schedules to educate me as to the pros and cons of credit. They answered all of my questions in full detail. I never felt hurried by anyone. They took the time to explain every little pertinent detail. I am extremely impressed by this office and what they had to offer. In one word - Exemplary. Special thanks to Mr Joe Joseph Nichols who was extremely well informed and helpful all the way through this process. He let me know what was expected of me and I made sure that I lived up to it. In closure, I walked away an ecstatic little lady.

I don't know where to begain, but all I can say is that I so glad I saw the add on TV about Law Office of John Orcutt. When I first call I spoke with a young lady name Nilah Chobot, who was so so nice and made me feel like I was somebody.I explained to her all I was going thru and she listen and was so understanding and made me feel like I was going to be ok. I ws so stress. I am so grateful for how they made me so comfortable through out this process. After speaking with her she sent my information to Mr. Joseph Nichols. and there I was again feeling like I was somebody. I can only say I had no ideal that people like the two I had to deal with exist. From the first phone call I made up until the last call I made I can only say they are the best,. I am able to sleep at night I am able to look at my phone when it rings and to see it is one of my children or my husband orsomeone that I want to hear from. I can't THANK Mrs. Nilah CHobot and Mr. Joseph Nichols enough for your LOVE HELP and UNDERSTAND you are the best.

MY mother and I had a great experience there. Everyone was so kind and respectable. Mr. Joseph Nichols he is a great person. He really went out of his way to help us. He is kind and gentle and very respectable. He cares about people. I cannot say enough about him. I give the Raleigh office 5 stars.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Amber Perna and my experience was nothing short of amazing! She answered every question, every phone call and made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning.

Making this call to set up our first meeting was hard, but something my husband and I needed to do after being laid off at 4 months pregnant. The phone call to make the first set up was wonderful, the 1st meeting down stairs went great! I then met with Amber twice up stairs both times went well. Then the 3rd meeting we had with Amber was to finalize the paper work (which at this time we thought was going great) we thought. A small issue came up, Jason from the office contacted me (we played some phone tag but he never gave up) after speaking with him we worked out our paper work and are now waiting on our court date. If you are in debt, please call the Raleigh office they are truly about customer service!

Our experience with the Raleigh Office of John Orcutt was excellent. We worked with Anna Munoz and Amber Perna and they were both very friendly and helpful to us through all our anxious moments. They made a difficult and stressful time pleasant.
