Joseph (Joe) Nichols was always just a phone call or email away when I had questions. Made the process very easy for me. I appreciate the effort and time the entire office had put in to assist me. I almost forgot about Ana Ruiz my initial contact (I literally cried on the phone with her explaining my situation) but she was very compassionate and even checked up on me to make sure everything was going good after being sent to Joe. Very personable both of them. If I could give 10 stars I would.

An incredible experience! In a time and area of uncertainty I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I initially met with Anthony who was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and very helpful in guiding me along the initial path. I was immediately put at ease on my first visit with Anthony. Next I begin working with Joe Nichols who I genuinely cannot say enough great things about. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent communicator. I would challenge you to find someone more knowledgeable than Joe. I can also truthfully say that Joe is one of the best communicators I've dealt with in a professional situation. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else.

I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so glad I contacted your office. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of speaking with has been so professional and kind, especially Anthony Rhodes. Omg...the staff was awesome professionals, attentive, prompt and very nice!:)Tara,Brandy,Anna, and Amber were super nice and on point with everything. I had to get everything done quickly and they were on their job to make my transition smooth, easy, and quick. If only the world worked like they did with my case and situation. I can describe my incredibly pleasant experience with John T. Orcutt Law Offices using two names...Kelly and Charlene. Kelly & Charlene were so personable & responded to my emails and/or questions so quickly. The "Fantastic Call" from the law firm stating that my bankruptcy was complete right before Christmas was just unbelievable. The firm and its Trustees just wanted to make sure I had a Great holiday...still can't believe it and can't help but smile when I think about that day!!! :) Thank you All so very much for holding my hand through a very difficult time...you've changed my life and that of my family as well.
