The paralegals in the office were so understanding and very helpful and efficient. Tara at the first meeting and Joe Nichols, the paralegal, who was so great in helping review and prepare necessary documents.

I don't know how much space they will give me to write this review, but I have to say if you are in a situation such as this and have to file for bankruptcy protection I cannot imagine another firm working more diligently to help you through this process. I was truly amazed the amount of paperwork they have to complete. They did a great job to allay my fears regarding the process. They explain every process and go over your paperwork with you line by line so that you understand fully what they are doing. I worked with Joseph Nichols and I am surprised that he does not have a cot at the office because it seems he is there well into the evening each day to answer my questions, gather all the paperwork and information and prepare everything for the attorneys that present your filing, process your case and work toward the most positive ending you could hope for. I was truly losing sleep from all of the calls and creditors trying to reach out to me. Everyone did an excellent job in laying out what I was dealing with and making sure that I was able to get the relief from all the calls, emails, messages and letters. I had a VERY complicated case and they were amazing in working every aspect from the pre-meeting, processing, and now court. Whether you have a simple or complex filing they WILL work so hard for you. I cannot tell you just how amazing Joseph Nichols in the Raleigh office is. Every question, problem, new wrinkle or twist, he did fantastic. Thank you again.

From my initial call to my case filing, I am so glad I made my first call to the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt! My first impress was speaking with the receptionist, who greeted me with a warm friendly professional attitude. This individual took the time to answered my questions with a great deal of knowledge and understanding and never once placed me on hold to take another call. Because of this first impression, I scheduled my initial consultation appointment that day. My consultation was nothing like I imagined.
