Mr. Occutt, I would like to take this time to thank your office for the service's. The process was smooth and easy. I would like to mention that Ana Ruiz made in my first few appointments was full of information and made it easy for me to gather all my information that I needed. My case was assigned to Joseph Nichols . In my meetings with Joe he explained the process and answered many of my concerns. Having employees like Ana and Joe really make your firm extremely professional .

I had a wonderful experience with the law office of John T. Orcutt. I was very stressed before going to the office. From the moment I went into the office Kelly was there and took my information. She was very professional, yet very down to earth and I felt very comfortable. On my next visit, I met with another Kelly with whom I felt very comfortable and secure that things would be okay. I went in to sign my papers for filing and Kelly again assured me that I was in good hands, without even saying so. When I left the office, I felt like a ton of bricks was lifted off of my shoulders. I highly recommend John T. Orcutt to anyone who's seeking to file for bankruptcy.

She always answers any questions I have in an extremely timely manner, and is always able to help me out with anything I need. Continued A+++ from me! I can't recommend them enough. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. Joseph Nichols helped us through our case and was available for any questions I had. He didn't even mind the many spammed emails of questions I ended up with, he just politely addressed every concern. Making the decision to file was not easy, but they made the entire process go as smoothly with as little stress as possible. A+ in every way.

This law office and everyone in it is amazing. I first met with Tara and ended my journey with Joe Nichols. Tara Pepper was direct, informative, comprehensive, and non-judgmental. Joe was the one who handled and filed my bankruptcy. He walked me theough every step, kept me in the loop constantly, and still, after filing, is still helping me sort out all of the complexities of my situation.
