Over all was a good experience. Staff were all nice and friendly. I showed at my 1st appointment in Raleigh only to find out it had been scheduled else where. This group was very accommodating and saw me almost immediately. I was actually early for my appointment as well. Joseph Nichols was awesome. He was very patient with me and my questions, made sure all options were on the table. My car died in the middle of all of this so we had to figure out how was the best way to handle this so that I could continue to work and move forward with this process. Thankfully we came up with a plan and all was resolved. Having said all of that, I was not so impressed with the location of this office. It was difficult to find and hard to get in and out of the parking area. Nor was I impressed with the building it appeared to be in disrepair water damaged walls ceilings. Peeling wall paper and more. This was not what I expected considering all of the advertising on TV and such. Well over all the people are what really matter and the staff were all impressive. But Joseph Nichols was the Icing on the cake Knowledgeable and not afraid to seek higher assistance with some of the questions I had put to him. I was confused and afraid when I came in , But Tara was so nice and explained everything to me. When I was sent upstairs for the process to begin, I was introduced to Tina Moore and she was very welcoming and put me at ease. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She walked me through each step of the way and made this a pleasant experience. I walked out relieved and thankful for her concern and all her hard work!

Joseph Nichols is the individual I worked with for my bankruptcy. He was polite, professional and personable. Mr. Nichols helped me throughout the process and helped alleviate a lot of the stress and uncertainty I was feeling going through bankruptcy. He answered all of my questions, returned all my phone calls and answered my emails in a timely matter. I did not once feel like I was on my own to figure this out. I never thought that I would file for bankruptcy, but working hard to just have much of my income go toward bills was just too much. I couldn't believe how much money I saved by not having those bills. Tina Moore was the paralegal that I've worked with, and I love her personality! She was very funny, but she knew her stuff. She was efficient, clear, thorough, and very upbeat. I could only imagine how hard it could be to have such a wonderful personality while dealing with tons, and tons, and tons of paper work on a daily basis. I also liked the receptionist downstairs. Sorry that I don't know her name, but she's a sweet and kind lady. She offered me coffee on my first visit, which kind of surprised me. I wasn't expecting that. The entire office looks relaxed as if the employees actually liked working there. And I really love how the website is set up. It isn't cold and dry, but very reader friendly. I felt like the website was talking directly to me. I have read the reviews from other people and I appreciate how Mr. Orcutt responds to particularly negative reviews by offering solutions. I was a bit surprised that he even offered his own cell phone number to one individual who had a bad experience. That's how a business owner with integrity should run a business. So, thank you to everybody at the Law Office of John Orcutt at the Six Forks location for the wonderful job that you're doing!

I am SO pleased with the service I received here. Going through this I thought would be a nightmare but from the beginning initial visit I was treated amazing and everyone from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and they take your case seriously. I cant rave enough about Tina Moore and you should be lucky if you get her. She explains everything in detail where you can understand each step and she is willing to lose sleep for her clients and you can tell she LOVES what she does! She is always available for questions and always has a smile on her face and so confident on what they can do and stopped me on having a meltdown on SEVERAL occasions with her confidence. Filing bankruptcy JT Orcutt is the place to go. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The paralegal that assisted my husband and myself was the best, his name is Joseph Nichols he takes his time with you and explain the process in details step by step, I've had several paralegals and none can come as close to his experience. I chose this particular location as it is near a place I do business with. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism that Tara and Tina provided. Obviously, anxiety can play a part in the process and both of them helped me feel at ease by explaining things in a succinct manner. I am glad I chose this office though I'm certain I'd have received equal service at any of their locations.

I am a single mother and have been going through an awful time behind on my mortgage and all other bills. I have had horrible anxiety and weeks of little sleep. I worked with Connie Nichols to help start my process and she was extremely helpful and assured me repeatedly that things are going to be ok.
