I appreciate the care and personal attention I have received. Joseph Nichols was both patient and understanding to my specific needs. There was no pressure and I left feeling as though a huge burden was lifted from my shoulders. Thanks John Orcutt and team.

I would like to personally think Mr. Joseph Nichols for all his patience and assistance in dealing with me. I was a total nervous wreck and for some reason Joseph assured me time after time he would do everything possible to file my case before I lost my house. I only had 10 days until the sale of my house and Joseph worked so hard for me and filed my case on schedule preventing the sale of my house. I was so afraid and could not sleep. Now me and my family are sleeping really good now, knowing we will not loose our house. Again, Thank you Joseph and the John T. Orcutt staff. I would also like to thank Ed Boltz for hanging in there with me. I sent Ed a lot of emails and he responded to every email. Again, Thank you all

From the beginning to the end, the staff assigned to me were great! Anthony, Sara & Joe were professional and respectful! Delightful to work with through a stressful ordeal, made my decision easier than anticipated.

The John T. Orcutt Raleigh office did a great job representing me in my case. When I called in the receptionists were very polite no matter how many times I called,. Nilah did a fantastic job getting me started and answered any questions I had and addressed my concerns and when my case went to Joe Nichols he was great as well, he was attentive and did everything he promised he would do. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a great law firm!!! Five Stars and Two thumbs up from me!!!

I was so unsure about filing for bankruptcy but knew it was my only option, so I went ahead and made the call. There are not enough words to express my thanks to John T Orcutt Law Offices, specifically Joseph Nichols. Joe was so kind, understanding, patient, professional and friendly. Every time I met with Joe he put me right at ease and helped relieve much of the anxiety that comes with filing for bankruptcy. I know I couldn't have gone through this without him, or should I say I wouldn't want to go through this without him! The office staff from the receptionist to my lawyer were so understanding and obviously care very much about their clients. From the minute you walk in the door everyone makes your feel welcomed.
