Wanted to take the time to share my experience. I will say everyone was very polite, kind and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner . My Paralegal Joseph Nichols walked me through everything. Made me feel comfortable talking about my situation. I would refer anyone dealing with Bankruptcy to use John T. Orcutt.

I have had an excellent experience with this firm. The paralegal, Joseph Nichols, is a real asset to the firm. His communication was impeccable and all of my information was sent to me on time. Everything was easy to understand and he was very knowledgeable of every form. I am very grateful for their help.

The entire Raleigh office made our experience so easy. Joseph Nichols explained every detail to us so that there were very few questions that we needed to ask. He was very thorough and very nice to deal with. We were kept up to date on everything and our case was filed quickly. Overall, I had a more than satisfactory experience. Were it not for a delay in my filing I would have said an excellent experience. The delay was was related to the what I assume was the unexpected departure of the paralegal that was handling the filing portion of my case. Due to an oversight or increased workload my case filing was delayed by at least a month. I'm not sure there wouldn't have been a longer delay had I not brought it to the offices attention. The Paralegal(Joe) that took over my case was apologetic and promptly took action to get my case filed asap. He was knowledgeable and ensured my questions were answered thoroughly even if it meant deferring to an attorney. I would reccommend this the Raleigh office.

The ppl that I've worked with thus far has been awesome. I greatly appreciate all that they've done so far. They're very thorough!!!

Tuesday was my first visit to John Orcutt's Greensboro office. Everyone was very nice. I would especially like to thank Connie for being so thorough and helpful with All of my questions! And, for being so kind and understanding to what I am going through during this difficult process!

Very professional staff I was hesitant about a Lawyers office until I walked in the Law offices of John T Orcutt and they made me feel like a friend Good instructions and no rush with an affordable price I recommend them to anyone Thanks again for the good job !!!I also want to commend Joseph Nichols for a wonderful and pleasant personality and attitude

Absolutely incredible!! What a well informed group/staff. I have experienced the most unique interviewing sessions from this office. Everyone conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times. The staff took time out of their hectic schedules to educate me as to the pros and cons of credit. They answered all of my questions in full detail. I never felt hurried by anyone. They took the time to explain every little pertinent detail. I am extremely impressed by this office and what they had to offer. In one word - Exemplary.
