I'm an older man and have seen a lot of things in my life, but none of my life experiences prepared me for the kindness and professional expediency with which John Orcutt Law and their team of dedicated individuals handled my bankruptcy. Admittedly, I was ashamed to file chapter 7 Bankruptcy, as I am a hard working simple man trying to make life as comfortable and secure for my family as possible. Filing bankruptcy can be stressful and scary but after dealing with Joseph Nichols the worries will soon fade. He walked us through the process step by step. Joseph Nichols was the absolute best. I would like to say that the Raleigh office has been great starting with Tara and on to Joe. Both have been amazing. Joe Nichols has been awesome by putting us at ease through this trying time of COVID, family losses and just a time of need. He answered every question with a much or as little detail as we asked.
