I called three or four law firms and Mike was the first one to call me back and within hours. He was very good at communicating, setting expectations, and answering my questions. He also didn't waste a lot of time meeting with me in person or with long drawn out phone calls. Short, sweet, and to the point. I highly recommend Mike.

I had an excellent experience with Michael Franchi at Minick Law. I received my first speeding ticket in years coming back from a trip out of state late at night in a town I'm completely unfamiliar with. I was assigned a court date a day before my child's first birthday. Sheer panic set in on all the various outcomes financial and otherwise, and the timing only made it worse. I reached out to Mike's firm the very next day and personally got a call from him shortly after. His knowledge on the area involved, the court, outcomes, and even the officer involved was thorough. He treated me with respect and dignity from the start and had a plan of action before we were even off the phone. He also felt confident he'd be able to wrap things up well before the scheduled date. This was a big factor for me. My outcome was exactly as he predicted, and I was able to move forward and put the incident behind me weeks before I was even scheduled to go to court. Micheal was absolutely great about taking care of me, out of state resident and i got a ticket that needed to be seen in court and he got it dismissed without me having to travel back for anything, 10/10 recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer in the area!!
